Broken/ Damaged Parcel:
All parcels shipped are wrapped with security tape which should be intact and visible. If you receive your parcel tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform us via sending an email at Info@raisonycreations.com or call us at +91 8550004321, stating your refusal within 24hrs of orders received.
NO Returns:
In case, if the Product has a manufacturing defect or if product is sent wrongly, we accept the returns and make the replacement or refund the entire amount. Please note that the return policy is only accepted if you notify us through phone or mail us the image of the product and the reason behind the return within 24hrs of the time you receive the package. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Your order can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order. Beyond 1 hour of placing the order, no order can be cancelled as we start processing the order.
Refunds are made as follows:
