How to choose and make a purchase?
Step into our online portal and explore our cards according to categories based on ceremony, type, orientation and print type. All cards have price displayed against them. Select the card of your choice, set the quantity and Click on ‘add to cart’. If you have multiple choices, add all of them to the cart and then go for checkout. Enter your billing and shipping address and finally select your payment option and click on place order.
How do I track my shipment?
After confirmation of your order, we will send across the shipping details to you including courier name and tracking id. Using this id you can track your shipment in the respective websites of the couriers. You can contact using Raisony Creations given phone number available under CONTACT US section.
In how many languages is the printing support available?
We do printing in any language.
Is additional discount available for bulk orders?

Can I place card orders for both the bride & the groom at the same time?
Yes you can. Just that both the cards will be couriered to the delivery address shared by you. If the cards are to be sent to separate addresses, its best to place the orders separately.
Can I use these printed invitations for functions other than weddings?
Yes, we also have made our designs from the point of view of weddings and there are many designs that can be used for events like anniversaries, birthdays and corporate events. The order process is the same.
How will you show me the sample before printing my cards?
Once you place your order, our design team will email you the sample of your invitation. You can go through the text online or take print outs at home to proof-read. When you’re satisfied with the text and after you have given your final approval over email or call or whatsapp, we will start printing your cards.
What are the payment options available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and net banking. If there is any trouble with payment, please contact us and we’ll sort it out in no time.
If my wedding or function date has changed, what should I do?
It’s very unfortunate that the dates have changed. So long as you haven’t given the print confirmation of the final proof, our new information can be incorporated. Please send us an email or call us to inform us immediately. Once you have shared the new information with us then, we’ll create a new sample. Your satisfaction is our topmost priority.
Can I have a venue map on my invitation?
We wouldn’t recommend a venue map because guests nowadays tend to prefer using Google Maps for directions. We can elaborate the address according to your wish.
What is your return policy for printed wedding cards?
Since we make personalised cards, we do not accept returns and issue refunds.
